Online Ordering Details & Shipping Guidelines

Make sure to send a copy of your receipt number to info@saveoursleep.com). Cheque PaymentSend a cheque for the amount order amount to Save Our Sleep® , PO Box 1067, Barwon Heads, Victoria, 3227, Australia I would only advise this if you are not in a hurry for the information as this could take up to 14 days for you to receive your items by email. If you do not recieve your order within the above time frames, please first check the address you have supplied on your order invoice and make sure this is correct. If the address is correct please contact your local Post Office to check if your parcel is being held for pick-up there or if they have attempted delivery but failed to leave a 'call card'. If the post office has no record of your parcel, please contact Save Our Sleep via email (info@saveoursleep.com) in most cases we can track your order with Australia Post. Gift vouchers offered free with purchase are delivered via email. The purchase(s), excluding PDFs, are sent via Australia Post. That is why we promise to provide only products that have passed all of Tizzie’s safety standards and are the ones which she believes to be the best and safest products on the market. However, if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase we will cheerfully exchange the item/s provided or offer a credit note valid for 6 months. The exception to our returns policy is the return of books. Please consider the purchase of PDF booklets e-book and hard books carefully as we do not offer either exchange or refund on purchases of books.Contact regarding return of items must be made 30 days of receipt. No exchange or credit can be given after 30 days for change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision. The product(s) must be as new, i.e.: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. Please email us at customerservice@saveoursleep.com with the following details at hand: Your Name, Invoice/Order Number, Product Name, Reason for Return and Request for replacement, exchange or credit note. You will then contacted and supplied with further details on returning your product(s) Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs. It is suggested that you send your return package by receipted post or express post, as Save Our Sleep® cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit. If you choose to send your parcel regular mail and it is lost no exchange or credit will be given. If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference. We charge the standard shipping charge when replacing goods (unless faulty, please read below). Exceptions to Returnable ProductsProducts offered on Sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final. Books are also not returnable so please consider your selection carefully.Products Deemed FaultySave Our Sleep® prides itself on quality control and checks all products to the best of its ability before sending them out.If however you believe to have a product that is faulty please email us at customerservice@saveoursleep.com as soon as possible during business hours, with your purchase details and to obtain Return Authorisation details. Often problems can be resolved immediately. In some cases you may be directed to the manufacturer’s service department. Note that Save Our Sleep® makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the products being offered. Any warranties made are by the manufacturers themselves. Normal warranty periods apply and vary depending on the individual product. We will however do our best in assist where possible as a liaison with the manufacturer to ensure you receive a mutually satisfactory resolution. Packages Damaged in TransitSave Our Sleep® takes great care when packaging your order and rarely have our packages been damaged in transit. In the unfortunate case that your order does get damaged or lost Save Our Sleep® will review this on a case-by-case basis.
